Aspiro Pharma Limited – Specialities, part of the Hetero Group, is organizing a Walk-In Drive aimed at recruiting experienced professionals for its injectable facility located in Karkapatla, Telangana. This recruitment initiative is specifically targeting positions in Quality Assurance and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), seeking candidates with backgrounds in injectable or sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. Preference will be given to individuals who possess relevant industry experience and are open to working in rotational shifts.

The Walk-In Interview is scheduled for 8th October 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Karkapatla facility in Siddipet, Telangana. The available positions in the Quality Assurance Department include roles such as Executive and Senior Executive in IPQA and Validation, requiring 5 to 10 years of experience and qualifications in B.Pharm or M.Pharm. In the EHS Department, the EHS Safety Officer position is open for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience, requiring a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or a Safety Diploma.

IPQA – Quality Assurance

• Role: Executive – Sr. Executive
• Experience: 5 – 10 years
• Qualification: B Pharm/ M Pharm
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Shop-floor IPQA monitoring and line clearance
  2. BMR/BPR review
  3. IPC and aseptic process monitoring
  4. Qualification and validation activities

Validation – Quality Assurance

• Role: Executive – Sr. Executive
• Experience: 5 – 10 years
• Qualification: B Pharm/ M Pharm
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Qualification and validation of equipment, utilities and processes
  2. Review of validation protocols and reports
  3. Cleaning, HVAC, water-system and process-validation oversight

Training & Documentation – Quality Assurance

• Role: Officer/ Sr. Officer
• Experience: 3 – 5 years
• Qualification: B Pharm/ M Pharm
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. SOP/document control and QA documentation
  2. GMP SOP and departmental training coordination
  3. Training records, matrices, audits and QMS documentation

Safety Officer – EHS

• Experience: 0–5 Years
• Qualification: B.Tech – Chemical / Engineering / Diploma – Safety
• Key Responsibilities:
• Daily safety inspections
• PPE and safety compliance
• Permit-to-work and LOTO support
• Toolbox talks and safety training
• Hazard identification and risk assessment/JSA
• Incident/near-miss reporting
• Fire & emergency preparedness
• EHS procedures and GMP compliance
