QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA) :
Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 – 9 Years of relevant experience
Required Skills: Ensuring line clearances during manufacturing processes such as Dispensing, Manufacturing, Visual Inspection, Packing, and Dispatch activities, as well as the collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as outlined in the relevant procedures, batch manufacturing records, and packing records/protocols. Conducting AQL inspections and periodic evaluations of control samples, reviewing the completed batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols, preparing and assessing the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of Visual Inspectors. The individual should possess experience with QMS elements including CAPA, Change Control, and Deviation.
PRODUCTION PHARMA:
Position: Officer & Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience: 2-6 Years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in the operation and cleaning of vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, automatic terminal sterilization, vial filling and sealing machines, as well as automatic PFS filling machines.
- Practical experience in the operation and cleaning of lyophilizers equipped with auto loading and unloading systems (ALUS).
- Familiarity with aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing operations, and media fill activities.
- Knowledge of execution in manufacturing and compounding activities.
PRODUCTION PHARMA

- Experience in monitoring NVPC and analyzing trends.
- Practical experience in Documentation activities on the shop floor.

Quality Control
Position: Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3-6 Years of relevant experience (Injectables)
Required Skills: The management of HPLC/GC utilizing Empower Software is essential. Additionally, the use of an ion chromatograph with Chromeleon software for DS and DP injectables is required. Proficiency in UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Software is also necessary. Furthermore, the analysis of in-process, finished product, and stability samples of injectable formulations is expected. Familiarity with e-LIMS analysis is advantageous. The evaluation of AMV/AMT activities and the analysis of diluent compatibility studies are also preferred.
Microbiology
Position: Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology)
Experience: 3-6 Years of relevant experience
Required Skills (EM): Environmental oversight in sterile environments, water collection, utility assessment, and trend analysis.
Required Skills (Testing): Management of culture, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing, Sterility assessments, Suitability of microbial methods (Sterility & BET), Testing for container closure integrity, Microbial limit assessments, Water quality testing, Preparation and sterilization of media, Experience with regulatory audits, Strong communication abilities, Readiness to work in shifts
Engineering
Position: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive

Experience: 3-8 Years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Utilities: Candidates must demonstrate the capability to operate utility equipment, including air compressors, industrial chillers, and boilers. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of documentation practices and the elements of a Quality Management System (QMS). Experience with regulatory audits and inspections conducted by authorities such as the USFDA, MHRA, and other international agencies is also required.
- HVAC: Candidates are expected to possess a robust background in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within a sterile or regulated environment. Experience with equipment such as air handling units (AHUs), chillers, cold chambers, laminar airflow systems (LAFs), double pass bioreactors (DPB), walk-in incubators, and sterile processing bays (SPB) is essential. A strong grasp of documentation practices and QMS elements is necessary, along with exposure to regulatory audits and inspections by authorities like the USFDA, MHRA, and other global agencies.
- Water system: Candidates should have practical experience with Centralized Reverse Osmosis (CSRO), High-Temperature Reverse Osmosis (HSRO), Water for Injection (WFI), and Pure Steam Generation (PSG) systems, as well as knowledge of routine monitoring and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation. Familiarity with QMS elements and experience with regulatory audits (such as those conducted by the USFDA and MHRA) is crucial.
- Process Instrumentation – Injectables regulatory: Candidates must be capable of managing equipment such as lyophilizers, vial lines, pre-filled syringe (PFS) lines, autoclaves, and compounding equipment, as well as packing equipment related to PFS and vial lines. Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, and PLC systems is required. Candidates should have experience with regulatory audits and be willing to work shifts while managing periodic activities, documentation, and qualifications.
- Process Instrumentation API regulatory: Candidates should oversee shift instrumentation activities and possess experience with automation systems, including PLC and SCADA in API equipment. Experience troubleshooting lyophilizers is necessary, as well as managing periodic activities such as data backups. Exposure to regulatory audits is also required.
- BMS & Outside Instrumentation: Candidates should be adept at handling field instruments, SCADA (Honeywell), and PLC systems during BMS troubleshooting. They must manage shift activities related to BMS and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as periodic activities and documentation.
