Job Description
Production
Filling
- Capable of overseeing the Shift plans for filling operations.
- Manage and maintain equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, tunnel sterilizer, and filling and capping machines.
Blending
- The capability to manage shift schedules for formulation tasks.
- Operate and maintain equipment including autoclaves, blending vessels, and CIP and SIP skids.
Engineering
Process Equipment:
- Proficient in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclaving, and labeling machines, as well as jacketed vessels and lyophilization processes.
- Capable of managing shift operations.
Instrumentation:
- Capability to adjust operations for instrumentation tasks, including BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC, and interim projects.
- Assess the completion status of breakdowns, calibration, and PM tasks.
- Manage basic troubleshooting for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
