We are hiring Freshers for the role of Self Managed Teams (SMT)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- 18 – 20 years of age (born in between May 2005 to May 2007)
- Intermediate (only MPC/BiPC) pass 2024/2025 batches only
- Min. 60% marks in all subjects(Group & Languages).
- No compartmental pass
- No education gap.
- Fluent in Telugu and basic understanding of English.

Note:
Only candidates who have completed their Intermediate education in 2024 or 2025 are eligible. Selected individuals will be assigned to Operations, working in three shifts (A, B, and C) within the Production department. Responsibilities will include cleaning, material handling, equipment operation, and maintenance. A two-year stay in the hostel and company-sponsored higher education are required.
