Role:
- Associate/Jr. Officer – (Diploma / B. Sc. Chemistry) – 2 to 10 Years
- Officer – (B. Tech./ M.Sc. Chemistry) – 2 to 6 Years
Job Description:
- Working in shift production shop-floor activities, Processing of the batch, Online filing of the BPRs and records, Performing online documentation and SAP related activities,
- Operating equipment reactors, Sparkler Filter, Candle Filters, Centrifuge, Dryers as per SOP.
- Knowledge for GMP, CGMP, Data Integrity. Experience in USFDA & MHRA regulated API manufacturing plants.
Instrumentation (API)
Role:
- Officer/Executive – (BE/B.Tech. Electronics & Communication) – 5 to 10 Years of Experience
- Associate/ Jr. Officer – Diploma (Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication) – 2 to 7 Years of Experience
Job Description:
- Good knowledge of Calibration and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of software for handling of Deviation and Investigation for root
cause analysis - Good knowledge of instrument working principle, maintenance, and Troubleshooting
- GMP documentation and updation as per new guidelines regulatory requirement
- Knowledge of GAMP-5, 21 CFR and computer system validation
- Go Basic knowledge of Safety norm to be followed in day to day working
- Knowledge of SAP,QAMS EDMS etc Knowledge of PLC, SCADA and DAS system
Quality Control (API/ FML)
Role:
- Associate/ Jr. Officer/ Officer – BSc./M.Sc./B. Pharma – 2 to 7 Years
- Officer/ Executive – QC (API) – 7 – 11 years
Job Description:
- Awareness in Sampling and testing of RM/Excipients
- Experiences in HPLC/ GC/ IR/ UV/ Dissolution/ Polarimeter/Potentiometric/ titrations/ KF / PSD by Malvern
- Awareness on current Data Integrity & CGMP requirements, Stability studies.
- Knowledgeable in handling OOS/OOT/Deviations and QMS (CAPA, CCP etc.)/ LIMS Software
