Chemist – Quality Control
Qualification: B.Sc./ M.Sc.
Experience: 2 – 7 yrs. of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate should be proficient in operating HPLC and GC, as well as using a pH meter.
- Possess knowledge of GMP and GLP standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have experience with analytical testing methods, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, dissolution, and UV spectroscopy.
- Responsibilities include calibrating instruments and testing finished products, raw materials, packaging, and stability samples.
- Conduct analytical tests using HPLC, FTIR, and UV techniques.
Engineering QA
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
Experience: 2 – 7 yrs. of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversight of preventive maintenance, calibration, HVAC validation, and other schedules.
- Examination of temperature mapping and calibration certificates.
- Capability to manage process, HVAC validations, and equipment qualifications.
- Supervision of filter cleaning and differential pressure of air handling units (AHUs).
- Analysis of water and environmental trends on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Management of Trackwise for Quality Management System (QMS) related activities.
- Administration of compliance wire for training-related activities.
- Preparation and review of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) reports.
- Experience in conducting audits.
- Evaluation of calibration schedules, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment qualification protocols and reports.
- Assessment of AHU qualifications, validation documents, and water systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have participated in audits and possess relevant exposure.
- Knowledgeable in process and production.
- Sufficiently astute to comprehend regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
