Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Production (API): Carry out batch manufacturing in accordance with SOPs/BMR while utilizing process equipment and overseeing parameters. Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, maintain accurate documentation, prioritize safety, and facilitate effective coordination with QA/QC.
- Quality Control (QC): Conduct an analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products utilizing instruments such as HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques. Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), maintain accurate documentation, uphold data integrity, and manage out-of-specification (OOS) results and deviations effectively.
- Engineering (Electrical): Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, utilities, and automation to guarantee continuous plant operations. Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, adhere to safety compliance, and assist with installation and commissioning activities.
