SRF Limited (Chemicals Business) is actively seeking to expand its team in Dahej (Bharuch, Gujarat) and is hosting recruitment drives in your area. On June 25, 2026, a walk-in interview will take place at Hotel City Inn in Daund, Maharashtra, followed by another on June 26, 2026, at Hotel Parc Estique in Pune, Maharashtra. We are looking for qualified candidates for the positions of Senior Executive – Production and Senior Executive – Instrumentation. The ideal candidates for the Production role should possess a B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% throughout their academic career and have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical sectors. For the Instrumentation position, candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech. in Instrumentation & Control, also with a minimum of 60% and 3 to 8 years of experience in the chemical industry.
Senior Executive – Production (Chemical and Pharma)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. Chemical – Regular with 60% throughout the academics.
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in Chemical/Specialty Chemical/Pharma Plant.
Required Skills: Experience in handling hazardous chemicals, as a Shift In charge, Experience in handling equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, pumps etc. Exposure to safety systems and norms applicable to the process. Candidate should be proficient in handling DCS Operations.
Senior Executive – Instrumentation
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech in Instrumentation & Control – Regular with 60% throughout the academics.
Experience: 3 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical industry.
Required Skills: Execute the scheduled maintenance & calibration as per plan. Execute the laid down procedures & practices. Planning the jobs and allocation as per the work. Planning of maintenance consumables and spares. Coordinating with the Production team in case of downtime/break down for restoring the equipment’s availability.
