Ideal candidates should possess a background in pharmaceuticals, particularly in areas such as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), bulk drugs, and should be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GLR, SSR, centrifuge operations, and Batch Production Records (BPR).
