Executive/Sr. Executive: The process equipment within the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) plant, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components, requires diligent attention to both preventive maintenance and breakdown management. This encompasses a range of machinery such as Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Fluid Bed Processors (FBP), Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), coating machines, compression equipment, capsule fillers, and packing machines. Ensuring the optimal functioning of these systems is crucial for maintaining production efficiency and product quality.
Technician:

- Process equipment’s- Fitter/Electrician/ Instrumentation: The responsibilities include managing both preventive maintenance and repairs for various equipment within the OSD Plant, such as fluid bed dryers (FBD), fluid bed processors (FBP), rapid mixer granulators (RMG), coating machines, compression units, capsule fillers, sifters, stirrers, Wurster coaters, and packing machines.
- HVAC Operator: The operation and maintenance of auxiliary systems like air handling units (AHU), cooling towers, building management systems (BMS), and chillers are also part of the role.
