Job Description: Responsibilities include maintaining equipment to prevent breakdowns, operating O-RABS, C-RABS, Isolators, and various filling and washing processes, while adhering to GMP standards and ensuring proper documentation for vaccine production and storage.

Job Description:

• The candidate should possess expertise in managing O-RABS, C-RABS, and Isolators, along with experience in handling Ampoules, PFS, Vials, and Cartridges. Responsibilities include operating Vial washing, Filling, Lyophilizers, Autoclaves, and Process vessels. The officer will be responsible for approving production operation instructions and ensuring their strict adherence. It is essential to guarantee that vaccines are produced and stored in accordance with the required documentation to achieve the desired quality. The production records must be evaluated and signed by an authorized individual. The role involves reviewing investigations related to the Quality Management System (QMS), including market complaints, Out of Specification (OOS) incidents, manufacturing change controls, risk assessments, and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) measures. Compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and proper documentation for various production activities is crucial. The officer will also ensure the qualification and maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment, as well as adherence to the master formula and processes outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). It is necessary to confirm that appropriate validations are conducted and to manage manufacturing activities effectively. The officer will review documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Master Formula Records (MFR), ensuring compliance and training personnel accordingly. Compliance with in-process control guidelines specified in batch documents is required, along with overseeing periodic preventive maintenance of plant and machinery as scheduled by Engineering for optimal performance. Additionally, the officer must ensure that personnel adhere to basic safety guidelines during operations.
