Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities for the positions include ensuring the timely and accurate processing of recruitment and data management back-office activities, managing the HUB and Location Shared Services Team while adhering to established KPIs and KRAs, and playing a crucial role in the establishment of Location Shared Services across Zydus locations throughout India. This position will require close collaboration with HR Business Partners to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and comply with statutory and policy regulations. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for generating input error reports and providing solutions to facilitate smooth processing and accurate outputs. Maintaining all HR Operations and Policy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential, ensuring they are updated and communicated to the wider HR team. Furthermore, candidates will be expected to prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for themselves and their teams, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
