Roles and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the timely and precise execution of the Zydus Recruitment and Data Management Back office functions
• Supervising the HUB and Location Shared Services Team with established KPIs and KRAs related to SLA
• Playing a crucial role in the establishment of Location Shared Services across Zydus locations throughout India
• This role will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and adhere to statutory and policy regulations
• Generating input error reports and offering solutions to guarantee seamless processing and precise output
• Maintaining all HR Operations and Policy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring they are updated and disseminated to the broader HR Team
• Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for oneself and the team, focusing on Accuracy, Timeliness, and Customer Satisfaction.
