Zydus Lifesciences Limited is conducting a walk-in interview at its Ahmedabad facility for various positions within Zydus Biologics. The company is seeking candidates for roles such as Senior Executive, Executive, and Plant Operator across multiple engineering disciplines. For the Instrumentation department, applicants should possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation and Control, along with relevant experience in the maintenance and calibration of plant and process equipment, as well as troubleshooting skills related to SCADA, PLC, and networking systems. Familiarity with equipment including autoclaves, bioreactors, and chromatography systems is essential. Mechanical Engineering candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and should demonstrate expertise in maintaining utilities, HVAC systems, and water systems, with specific knowledge of autoclaves and fermenters being crucial.

Plant Operator/ Executive/ Senior Executive – Engineering
- Instrumentation: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Instrumentation and Control is required, along with experience in the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of SCADA, PLC, and network systems. Proficiency in handling equipment such as autoclaves, bioreactors, and chromatography systems is essential.
2. Mechanical Engineer: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering is necessary, accompanied by expertise in maintaining utilities, HVAC systems, and water systems. Knowledge of autoclaves and fermenters is crucial.
3. Civil Engineer: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering is required, with experience in equipment installation, project execution, AutoCAD, building maintenance, and budget oversight.
4. HVAC System: An ITI or Diploma Engineer is needed, possessing experience with AHU systems, BMS/EMS systems, HEPA filter integrity, VRV systems, and maintenance of split air conditioning units and walk-in coolers.
5. Water System: An ITI or Diploma Engineer is required, with experience in the maintenance and breakdown repair of water systems, as well as the operation of bore wells, water softeners, RO plants, WFI, and the generation and distribution of purified water and pure steam.
