- Compliance with 21 CFR regulations and the effective operation of SCADA systems are essential for maintaining high standards in manufacturing processes. Adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and implementing a robust Quality Management System (QMS) is crucial, particularly in areas such as change control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), deviations, and thorough documentation.
- Proper operation, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment are vital to ensure consistent product quality and safety. Additionally, the movement of materials must align with the specifications outlined in Batch Manufacturing Records to maintain traceability and compliance.
- The installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) of new equipment are necessary steps to validate that systems meet required standards. Furthermore, adherence to ALCOA and ALCOA++ principles ensures data integrity and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.
