Aragen is hosting a Walk-In Drive for positions in Synthesis R&D, inviting candidates with an MSc in Organic Chemistry and 2 to 13 years of relevant experience to engage with our team and discover opportunities in drug discovery research. We are looking to fill roles such as Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, and Associate Scientist, based in Hyderabad. The interviews will take place on November 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Ginger Hotels, located at 228 Genome Valley Road, Turkapally, Shameerpet, Hyderabad.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong expertise in Organic Synthesis and Reaction Mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience in compound purification and analytical characterization.
- Knowledge of NMR, LC-MS, HPLC and laboratory best practices.
- Experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and scientific reasoning skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused research environment.
- Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules.
