Job Description:
- Drug Product IPQA (In Process): involves engagement in media fill activities and process validation, alongside the review of log books and incident management in utility areas such as HVAC, water systems, and compressed air systems. Responsibilities include managing investigations, change controls, and in-process checks within the filling and packing areas. A minimum of three years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment with aseptic practices (MHRA, FDA, WHO) is required, along with the review of executed batch production records and log books related to blending and filling.
- Drug Substance IPQA (In Process): Requires hands-on experience and knowledge in cell and virus culture processes, as well as bacterial handling. It includes involvement in line clearance activities, preparation and review of SOPs, BPRs, MFRs, and protocols, as well as managing deviations and change controls, with familiarity in investigational tools and CAPA management. Additionally, experience in handling OOS/OOT situations and reviewing analytical documents is essential, along with knowledge of cell/viral bank systems and maintenance, cleaning validation, and process validation.
- QA – Validation: Rncompasses the validation, qualification, and requalification of HVAC, process and packing equipment, and utilities. This role involves the preparation and review of URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, and SOPs for computerized systems, as well as the development and review of Computerized Systems Qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), compiling executed protocols, and report writing. Furthermore, it includes preparing and reviewing the System Level Impact Assessment (SLIA), ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11, and identifying qualification and validation requirements.
- QA – QMS: Responsible for managing internal audits, walkthroughs, and quality risk assessment systems. This includes trending change controls and deviations, as well as preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual trends related to these areas. The role also involves overseeing the Quality Matrix and other QMS activities, along with preparing an audit tracker and a periodic review schedule tracker for vendor quality agreements, while implementing variations as necessary.
