Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited is actively seeking skilled and experienced professionals to enhance our Engineering Team at the Dholka Plant in Gujarat, India. We are currently offering the position of Manager – Plant Maintenance/Process Maintenance within the Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, the role involves driving root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Fette and Kilian Tablet Compression Machines, as well as Groninger Vial Filling Lines, alongside a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, particularly within a pharmaceutical maintenance context. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical plant maintenance.
