Exemed Pharmaceuticals is seeking seasoned professionals with a background in the pharmaceutical industry to enhance our Process Engineering team. We are offering positions for Executive or Senior Executive, requiring 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a mandatory pharmaceutical industry background. The job is located in Luna, Vadodara, Gujarat. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing the transfer of process technology from research and development to manufacturing plants, as well as between different plants, while assessing the feasibility for commercialization. They will evaluate lab demonstration batches, recommend necessary modifications to processes and plants, and prepare essential documentation such as process block diagrams and flow diagrams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage process technology transfer from R&D to plant / between plants; coordinate with R&D and assess
feasibility for commercialization. - Evaluate lab demonstration batches and scale-up factors; recommend process and plant modifications.
- Prepare and review process block diagrams, process flow diagrams (PFD), P&IDs and technology-transfer
documents. - Design and execute equipment / plant modifications; identify process and cost-improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute scale-up and validation batches; monitor batch data and assess commercial feasibility.
- Support solvent recovery and recycling improvements to reduce the carbon footprint.
- Support EHS in PHA, risk assessments and HAZOP studies; help ensure process safety in manufacturing.
- Coordinate with QA on deviations, OOS and CAPA; support Production investigations, corrective actions, cGMP
and QMS compliance. - Coordinate with R&D on scale-up, technology transfer and validation of new products.
