The company is looking to fill positions for Executive and Senior Executive roles in the Manufacturing – Filling (Injectables) department, requiring candidates with a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and 2 to 10 years of experience in filling and lyophilization. Responsibilities include overseeing in-process production activities, preparing batch manufacturing records, executing and reviewing equipment qualifications, and managing calibration programs. Additionally, there are openings for Technicians in the same department, seeking individuals with an ITI or Diploma and 4 to 12 years of experience in filling operations. Technicians will be responsible for operating filling equipment, including autoclaves and vial washing, as well as assembling filling and sealing machines and managing related components.

Job Description: The role involves overseeing in-process production activities within the DP Manufacturing, filling, and packing sections. This includes the preparation of batch manufacturing records and the development of process validation protocols and reports for the DP area, along with maintaining associated documentation. Additionally, the execution and review of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for equipment are key responsibilities. The position also entails managing the calibration and qualification programs for the equipment used in the DP area.
Technician – Manufacturing – Filling (Injectables)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 4- 12 years of relevant experience (Filling)
Job Description: The role involves operating filling equipment and requires experience with autoclaves, vial washing, and filter integrity operations. Additionally, it encompasses the assembly of filling and sealing machines, as well as the handling of various machine parts and accessories.
