Job description
- The issue concerning documents such as raw data, log books, and calibration records
- Examination of daily calibration raw data pertinent to QC instruments
- Distribution and retrieval of standard operating procedures
- Issuance and retrieval of specifications and testing methods
- Evaluation of specifications, testing methods, qualification documents, stability/holding time data protocols, and analytical data.
- Assessment of documents related to the water system
- Verification of inward raw materials and issue registers
- Initiation of deviations, CAPA, and change control
- Review of the audit trail for QC-related instruments
- Analysis of analytical raw data, calibrations, and daily and monthly verifications
