Key Responsibilities
Production (API)
- Management of API and Bulk Drug Units during shifts.
- Planning and allocation of manpower for shifts.
- Proficient in operating reactors, centrifuges, pressure reactions, and hydrogenation processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory audit procedures.
IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Handling IPQA activities including sampling, labelling, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials and packing materials.
- Knowledge of GMP and exposure to regulatory audits is mandatory.
AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance)
- Analytical data review.
- QMS documentation.
- Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Review of calibration records.
- Verification of analytical methods and related activities.
